It’s important to note that all sales are final at Queen's Expressions. This means that once you’ve made a purchase, we cannot accept returns for a refund. However, we do understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a damaged item or if there’s been a mistake on our part, we’re here to help you with that.
In the case of damaged items or company errors, we offer store credit as a solution. To be eligible for this store credit, it’s essential that the items are unused and in the same condition as when you received them. This means all tags must remain intact. If any garment tags have been removed, unfortunately, the item will not be eligible for store credit.
We also want to emphasize that items that smell of smoke, or have pet hair or other pet-related odors will not be eligible for returns. We strive to maintain a high standard of quality, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
